Refund & Replacement Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through nylaland.com and our Etsy shop. All services are provided by iQuality Tech INC. (dba NylaLand), Canada.

Digital Nature of Our Products

NylaLand sells digital products — personalised scratch card links that are generated and delivered immediately upon purchase. Because our products are digital and custom-generated, all sales are final and non-refundable once your builder or viewer link has been delivered. This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local laws.

Technical Issues & Replacements

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience a verified technical issue on our platform - such as a broken link, a link that fails to load, or a fault with the personalisation builder - please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@nylaland.com with your order reference. We will investigate and provide a functional replacement link at no extra cost.

We are not responsible for expired links. Builder and viewer links are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. It is your responsibility to use and share your link within this timeframe.

Merchant of Record

For orders placed on our website, Polar acts as the Merchant of Record and is responsible for processing payments and tax compliance. All refund requests must be directed to us at hello@nylaland.com in accordance with this policy.

For Etsy orders, Etsy's purchase protection policies may apply. Please refer to Etsy's buyer protection terms for details.

Exceptions

All sales are final. Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned. We do not issue refunds except where required by applicable law or in cases of verified technical failure on our part.

Please note that some device settings and browser configurations may affect the scratch card experience — including low battery mode, which can prevent video and audio autoplay on mobile devices. These are device-level restrictions outside our control and do not constitute a technical fault with our service.
